Insight DVR Question- Issue with Series Recording, recording multiple Episodes of same episode?

I can’t figure out how to record only one new episode on a series recording. For example- on Bravo I record Millionaire matchmaker as a series recording. However, Bravo airs this show every single day during the week- and my DVR records multiple recordings of the same episode- which is really irritating.

I have looked into it and it is not something that can be addressed when actually setting up the recording settings. If I set- only record 1 episode- logic says that that means only record ONE new episode and not multiple airings- but unfortunately with Insight this means only one show in the series.

So if anyone has figured this out– Please let me know!!! Thanks!!!
JR as i said- it does have that option but that only records 1 episode of the series- that doesent fix the problem

there should be an option while you set it up to record only first run episodes of your show, thats how mine works. If you cant find that option call the service provider for help
